Pearson Street Adventure Playground

April 2025

With the help of local children and adults from the Hoxton area—as well as Chanelle Brown, Rosie Watts, Rudi Schmidt, and myself—we built a willow tunnel at Pearson Street Adventure Playground.

Using live willow and recycled tyres, we shaped an arching tunnel that now sits in the playground—a space to crawl through, hide in, and spark imagination. It was a fun, collaborative build and a lovely way to connect with the local community through making.

I’m looking forward to coming back to see how the tunnel grows into itself over time.
